SHIPPING AND HANDLING

For domestic/USA orders, USPS shipping is complimentary and included in the stated price.

For international orders, shipping will be subject to an additional handling charge and fee. Please contact us at havaiki@me.com before ordering to determine costs. 

 

 The shipment is insured by the carrier for the value of the merchandise.  A confirmation will be emailed to you from the carrier with the tracking number in most cases. Please check your Junk folder.

 

RETURN POLICY

Items may be returned for exchange only. If you would like to return your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate the return request. After 7 days all sales are final.

 

Returns must be carefully packed and insured against loss or damage at the buyer’s expense and must be received in the same condition as originally shipped.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Your shipment has been insured for the value of the merchandise. Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If the packaging and/or the merchandise is damaged, you must keep the original carton and packing material. Notify the carrier immediately to begin the inspection and application for insurance process.
