Carved from a light colored piece of Solomon Island kerosene wood (cordia subcordata). Truly fine detail on the turtle's head and fins. The carapace is carved with a medley of sea life, including many reef fish and also a squid, ray and dolphin.
This piece may be wall-mounted or displayed on a table or shelf.
